By accessing or using Lindanix — including this website and the mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Lindanix is a fraud detection tool that analyses text messages, screenshots, voice notes, PDFs, links, and phone numbers and returns an indicative fraud-risk verdict: Safe, Suspected, or Danger.

Lindanix is a decision-support tool, not a guarantee. The verdicts it provides are based on pattern analysis and are not infallible. You remain responsible for the decisions you make based on Lindanix output.

You may use Lindanix only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not: submit content that you do not have the right to submit; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the detection models; use Lindanix to test or develop fraud against others; or submit content containing personal data of third parties without their consent.

Lindanix offers a free tier with up to 10 scans per day at no cost. Paid options include a Day Pass (Tsh 500) and a monthly plan (Tsh 7,500), each providing unlimited scans, priority processing, and extended history.

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All content, trademarks, and technology forming part of Lindanix are owned by or licensed to Lindanix Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for personal or business purposes as described herein.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lindanix Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Lindanix, including financial losses resulting from reliance on a Lindanix verdict.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying subscribers.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.
