Privacy Policy

When you use Lindanix, you may submit text messages, screenshots, voice notes, documents, links, or phone numbers for analysis. This content is processed to generate a fraud-risk verdict.

We collect the minimum information necessary to operate the service: the content you submit for analysis, your device identifier (for session continuity), and your email address if you choose to join our waitlist or create an account.

We do not collect your contacts, your full message history, your location, or any information from other apps on your device.

Content you submit is analysed to return a fraud-risk verdict. Submitted content may be used in anonymised and aggregated form to improve Lindanix detection models. We do not use your content for advertising.

Your email address, if provided, is used only to send you product updates and notify you when Lindanix launches. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Submitted content is retained for a maximum of 30 days to support abuse investigations, then permanently deleted. Anonymised and aggregated analysis data — which cannot be linked back to you — may be retained indefinitely to improve detection accuracy.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

We share data with third-party service providers only to operate the Lindanix service — for example, cloud infrastructure providers. These providers are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions.

We may disclose information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law.

All data transmitted between your device and Lindanix servers is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest.

We apply access controls and audit logging to limit who within Lindanix Ltd can access submitted content.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@lindanix.com.

If you are located in a jurisdiction with applicable data protection law, you may also have the right to data portability and the right to object to certain processing activities.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you by email if we hold your email address.
